Blueprint Recruit Ltd is an independent recruitment company that provides introduction and temporary staffing services to the construction and related industries.

Our Partnerships

All clients (hirers) and candidates (work-seekers and temporary workers) we work with are directly known to our staff and thoroughly identified. Some candidates may operate through their own limited companies, but we do not use intermediaries to place candidates with hiring companies. Blueprint Recruit Ltd operates exclusively within the UK, engaging only with UK-based clients and candidates.

  • Ongoing Monitoring: We reassess potential risks periodically, including the option of spot audits to address emerging concerns.

Currently, we have identified no significant risks of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking within our supply chain. However, we remain vigilant and have implemented the following safeguards:

  • Right to Conduct Spot-checks: We reserve the right to conduct spot-checks on suppliers as necessary.
  • Supplier Compliance: We require our suppliers to publish their own modern slavery statements or agree to adhere to Blueprint Recruit’s standards.
  • Collaborative Improvement: We work alongside our suppliers to promote transparency and improve standards throughout our supply chain.
  • Membership in Industry Bodies: We ensure that all suppliers maintain relevant memberships in industry bodies.
  • Encouraging Staff Vigilance: Staff are encouraged to report any concerns about potential modern slavery risks to management.

 

Monitoring and Risk Indicators

We actively monitor the following indicators to help identify any risks:

  • Shared address, mobile number, or bank details among candidates.
  • Percentage of suppliers who comply with modern slavery standards.
  • Levels of staff training and awareness on modern slavery issues.

These indicators are regularly reviewed by our board of directors and senior leadership team.

Staff Training

Blueprint Recruit Ltd provides regular training for staff, tailored to their roles.

  • Leadership Training: Our leadership team receives in-depth training on identifying and addressing potential issues related to modern slavery.
  • Awareness for All Staff: All employees are provided with information to help them recognize potential risks and report concerns to management.
